Enthusiasm is still missing here

Banks are still unkeen (personal experience, I’m watching them) to favourite the installation of solar panels despite the huge subsidies now pushing towards that direction. Are they blind, deaf or they still live in a distant past? Does it look poor and not powerful enough compared to the oil colunns of the ‘sultan palace’ or the colliding atoms of nuclear power plants?
